e-kariyerim is the project of a team that has watched the same problem on the candidate side of job searching for years: people apply to dozens of postings, hear nothing back from most of them, and have not a single number to tell them what is going on. There was no tool on this side. We started building one.
The problem we see in the industry
You prepared a CV, researched the company, applied; maybe you sat a test, maybe an interview.
Then you waited. A day. A week. Two weeks.
And nothing.
Every hiring tool sits on the employer's desk: applicant tracking systems, job boards, filters. The candidate has an inbox and a guess.
We do not want this to become normal. Even a rejection is worth more than silence.
What we want to do
Make the process visible from the candidate's side: track your own applications, see from real data how many were answered, measure how applicant tracking systems read your CV, compare your reply rate with your field's median, and read what people who applied before you say about companies. Let candidates' accumulated experience be a path for the next one.
