Privacy Policy

What data we collect and why

e-kariyerim is a personal tool that helps you track your job applications. To provide the service, we process the following data:

• Account information: first name, last name, email address, password (stored hashed).
• Application data you enter or import: company, job listing, application status, dates, and notes.
• Reminders derived from this data (follow-up suggestions, no-response alerts).

This data is used solely to provide you with application tracking and personal analytics features.

Retention period

Your data is kept until you delete your account. No automatic time-based deletion is applied.

Your rights

You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time. You can do this from the Account Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all application, import, and reminder data tied to your account.

Not currently applicable

e-kariyerim does not yet offer public/company-wide analytics features. As a result, anonymization/minimum-sample-size controls are not currently applicable — this policy will be updated when these features are added.
