Where are the per-company figures?
A company's figures open on its own page once it reaches 50 applications in the last 12 months. Tracking your applications fills both the sector row and the company page. Full method →
Method
- Source: applications tracked on e-kariyerim, counted as people update the status by hand or through Gmail scanning. Benchmark answers never enter this table.
- Sector: the industry label on the company's LinkedIn or kariyer.net profile, mapped onto the benchmark's 12 sectors. Labels we cannot read go in no row.
- Period: the last 3, 6 or 12 months by application date. A status change that arrives late is written to the application's own period.
- Maturity: applications younger than 30 days are left out of the response, ghosting and silence denominators, so a reply has time to arrive. First-reply time is taken from every answered application.
- Threshold: a row needs at least 5 different people and 30 applications, and closes if one person accounts for more than 50% of them. Below the threshold nothing is shown, not even how much is missing.
- Definitions: response rate = applications a human touched (rejections included); ghosted = the ones the user marked as ghosted; post-interview silence = invited to an interview and then ghosted, as a share of those invited; median first reply = days between applying and the first status change.
