Where your kariyer.net applications go

On kariyer.net your applications live under İşlerim → Başvurularım ("My Jobs → My Applications"). The three-dot menu next to each posting lets you withdraw an application or open the job details.

Finding the list is not the problem. The problem is that the list is not permanent, and cannot be exported.

"It stopped showing my old applications"

That complaint turns up regularly on Turkish complaint boards and forums, and there is real behaviour behind it: after a while — or once a posting is taken down — applications stop appearing in the list. It is not a bug; it is how the system works. When the posting closes, the record attached to it drops off the screen.

Which means: your application list on kariyer.net is not a record of your job hunt, it is a snapshot of open postings. Come back in six months asking "which companies did I apply to last year" and what you find will be a subset.

The second limit: there is no bulk export. Unlike LinkedIn there is no file to download and no table to copy. Short of copying rows out by hand — impossible once a posting closes — there is no way to get it out.

Two ways to make the record permanent

1. Capture it as you apply

The simplest and the only genuinely reliable one. The moment you hit apply, write down the company, the role, the date and the posting URL. Reconstructing later is not possible — that is the whole point of this article.

Always save the posting URL. After the listing comes down, that URL is the only concrete thing left to remind you what you actually applied for.

2. A data request under Turkish data-protection law

In Türkiye you have the right to ask a data controller for the personal data it holds about you (KVKK Article 11). You can make a written request to a platform such as kariyer.net for a copy of your processed personal data; the law obliges the controller to respond within 30 days at the latest (Article 13).

How much that covers in practice is not something you can know in advance — this is a legal right, not an export feature, and the shape of the answer varies from platform to platform. But it is the one official route to recovering your history, and it costs nothing.

LinkedIn is a different story

On LinkedIn there is at least an official route: a data archive request gets you every Easy Apply application as a CSV. How to do it is in a separate article.

So if you apply through more than one platform:

• LinkedIn — history is recoverable (data archive)
• kariyer.net and most local boards — history is not recoverable; only what you record from now on

That asymmetry is also the answer to why capturing the moment of applying is what matters.

And one more thing: several platforms split one truth

Apply to the same company once through kariyer.net and once through LinkedIn and you have two separate records on two platforms, neither aware of the other. "Have I applied to this company before?" is a question neither one can answer.

That is the most concrete benefit of keeping applications in one place: being able to see whether you are applying to the same company again.
