One-click application logging on LinkedIn and kariyer.net

The e-kariyerim Chrome extension turns a LinkedIn or kariyer.net job posting into a tracked application with one click — just press "I Applied".

Installation

The e-kariyerim extension is live on the Chrome Web Store — one-click install, no developer mode needed.

Open in Chrome Web Store

    Generate an access token in Settings

    See the "Access token for the Chrome Extension" steps in the Settings section.

    Add the extension to Chrome from the link above

    Click "Add to Chrome" on the Chrome Web Store page. The extension icon appears in your toolbar.

Alternative: unpacked install (developer/testing only)

If you can't use the Store version — for example, you're testing an unreleased development build — you can also load the extension manually:

    Open chrome://extensions

    Just type it into the address bar and press Enter.

    Turn on "Developer mode"

    Found in the top right of the page.

    Click "Load unpacked" and select the extension folder

    The extension icon appears in your toolbar.

Configuration

    Click the e-kariyerim icon in the toolbar

    Click "Open Settings" if no token is set yet

    You can also right-click the icon and choose "Options".

    Enter the API base URL and your access token, then save

    Make sure the API URL is correct if you're pointing it at a real deployment.

Using it

    Open a LinkedIn or kariyer.net job posting page

  2. 2

    Click the extension icon

    It tries to auto-fill the company, title, and location from the page.

  3. 3

    Check the fields and correct anything that's off

    Auto-fill isn't always perfect — every field is editable before you submit.

    Click "I Applied"

    Your application is saved to e-kariyerim.

Using it
Warning

Auto-fill is best-effort

LinkedIn and kariyer.net occasionally change their page layout, which can leave some fields empty. That shows up as a blank field for you to fill in by hand, rather than submitting wrong data.
Note

Clicking the same job again is safe

If you click "I Applied" again on the same job posting, it won't create a duplicate — the system finds your existing application by the job's URL and returns that instead.
